We loved almost everything about Ayatara Resort! The downside for us are : - the temperature. It was too cold, we didnt enjoy our private pool enough sadly. - no lock for the gate in our villa. So anyone could enter anytime and it was disturbing. - only 2 dust bins provided in a big villa was not comfortable. They should have provided one in the living room and one by the private pool. - it was a tradional mixed with modern architecture. I wish the D&D signage was more to like a bamboo or wooden style and not just a simple paper form. It would be more fancy. We stayed at the Honeymoon Villa which was PHENOMENAL! It has a huge private pool overlooking the jungle. Let me share with you the A's of this property : 1. The staffs : as always, Bali is well known to have one of the best people in the world that would provide you with the best hospitality you would ever experience. And yess, every resort in Bali that we stay at, their staff is always amazing! Same goes to Ayatara. Start from the staff named Gian Sutary, she is the one who has been assisting me thru email before we arrive at the resort. She was so proffessional with excellent English and very good attitude. She was polite, understanding, patient, attentive, and helpful. All other staff like Eny at the restaurant and the other two girls (I think Deta and Mila), Pak Parsa as the housekeeper, the male and female receptionist, the one that always drive the buggy for us, and also Pak Usman. Thank you very much, we appreciate your fabulous service! 2. The cleanliness was superb at every corner. 3. The surrounding was so lush green and beautiful I cant take my eyes off them! 4. The Honeymoon Villa was unbelievable! Huge bathtub, two separate sinks (hers & his), massive private pool, and even 3 styles of shower OMG! First time I experienced in Bali woww! Luxurious no doubt! The bed was so pretty and comfortable. There are 3 big sofabeds O my God I am speechless. The balcony was large enough with breathtaking view. 5. Very good buffet breakfast and you can opt for in villa breakfast with no additional cost. 6. The location was uphill at Payangan very near to Kintamani. Thats why it was freezing. But we loved it because we really get the serenity and so peaceful! No monkeys no dogs no roosters no cows no snakes not even insects surprisingly! Just few ants but on the outside and its fine really not an issue. 7. This is a massive resort and I love it. Truly luxurious experience wow wow wow! The main pool is a heated pool so you can enjoy and relax like we did! The gym was also very nice! Thank you so much Ayatara for the wonderful experience! Hope to be back one day. We will miss staying with you❤️

Our family's stay at the Ayatara Resort was honestly perfect. It was one of those rare holidays where you just feel completely taken care of from start to finish. What really made it special were the people. The staff were just wonderful—so warm, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Amik and Dika were wonderful. They remembered my daughter's name, always had a smile, and seemed to know what I needed before I did. It felt like they weren't just doing a job, but really wanted us to have the best time. The food was amazing, too. Everything was so fresh and flavorful, with a great mix of local and international dishes. Every meal was something to look forward to. And the location! It's beautifully secluded and quiet. All you hear are the sounds of nature. It was the perfect escape to just unwind and disconnect completely. I left feeling so relaxed and already missing the place. I can't recommend Ayatara enough if you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway with a truly personal touch.

Very high end and top remarkable nature and quality experience. I will definitely return next time bringing the Mrs, just wowww... Room was perfect, pool was fantastic, the main pool even more impressive, and a decent restaurant... Panoramic view, and be far away in what a getaway is meant for

We spent a few nights at Ayatara and it was an exceptional experience. It’s around a 45 minute drive north from Ubud town, so it’s the perfect getaway for those seeking a true jungle experience and R & R. The rooms are excellent value, modern, comfortable and secure. The resort is very safety conscious so you will feel at peace here. Probably what made our stay so special, other than that incredible pool, was the staff. They went above and beyond to help us, always with a huge smile and ready for a friendly chat. We loved walking along the rice paddies each morning, the breathtaking pool. We took the free shuttle into ubud centre one day and had a stroll, massage (at Tonic - it was excellent!), and amazing lunch and then opted to get some Grab bikes back to Ayatara which was fun. Some Grab drivers might not want to drive all the way to Ayatara so a small tip can help, discuss with your driver. We tipped 50k ($5) each for our two bike drivers. Some of our favourite staff included *** ***, ***, ***, ***, *** and our main man *** who made the best cocktails and spicy margaritas! The manager Gusti was always chatting to guests and made us feel welcome. We would highly recommend this hotel for a picturesque, stunning and relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, if you don’t see what you want, just ask staff and they will help. We had burgers by the pool that were great, we had a mix of Balinese food and western food for dinners - surprisingly our favourite was the bolognese, which was simple but perfectly comforting.
