The hotel is clean and the location is perfect for those visiting Marikina. The rooms are huge and beds are comfortable. The area is close to a lot of food establishments and a mall is walking distance from the hotel. However, we don't have wifi during our stay. Complained about it to the front desk, but nothing happened. But I will still recommend the place because it's clean.

I booked a deluxe room with a queen sized bed at Alger's Suites for an overnight stay. Here's what I liked about the hotel: 1. Accessible - it's in the heart of Marikina and there are restaurants and a convenience store beside the hotel 2. Cleanliness - the bedroom is clean, the sheets & towels are clean (no stains) and they smell generally clean, no stray hairs left on the bed nor the floor 3. Entertainment - Free Netflix 4. Spacious room - there's a provision for another bed should you request for one, there's a sofa and table with a chair, and a side table desk 5. Freebies - free bedroom slippers, free toiletries, free 2 small bottles of drinking water 6. Staff - they are polite, and the guard on duty will assist you with parking What they need to improve on, especially on the bathroom: 1. Water pressure - we only stayed at the second floor but the water pressure's already not that strong 2. Clean Toilets - I'm not sure if the toilet seat's just stained, but it didn't looked clean 3. Mold on bathroom wall - although there's an exhaust, molds still form on the tile wall, I hope they do thorough cleaning same with what they do in the bedroom 4. Wifi - qr code used to connect to wifi and wifi password printed in the room are not working, we had to request for the correct wifi password form the reception A few added notes: - there's no phone in the room, the phone is situated along the corridor, so if you need anything from the lobby, you'd need to step out of the room - Not sound proof, so if there are people talking in the corridor, you can hear them loud and clear - free flowing coffee at the lobby Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Will definitely book again and recommend to family and friends. 😊

First overnight stay at Algers Suites.

Nice room in pleasant area, view is blocked by the trees on the high floor, ask for low floor, you actually get a better view. Very low water pressure, room doesn't have a fridge.
