I love that this place is on the banks of the Ganges river, even if it over a big road, but the road is quiet, for India, in fact it is out of town and in the stix. Having said that the air us fresher and it's quiet. I was there out of season so we wereone residents, we had 2 rooms and were allowed guests too. The restaurant was shut, but we managed to order food in, buy fruit and get Maggie noodles and Samoas from s nearby stall. The manager was very patient as he had to be there all day alone with Rio a rather lovely large black dog. We did get locked out once, but he was at a wedding, one call and another manager rocked up 10 mins later, in the meanwhile we were ordering food at the Maggie stall. Not a sight see'er, we were there for a3 x weddings, it was a good place to stay to get away from the extreme noise and meddly of these events. The floors are curious, the carpet covets the earth floors, which haven't been flattened well, so they are all bumpy. However, plenty of very hot water for a bucket bath and a small fride and kettle in the room. All in all, a good stay. Some lovely plants that were planted 3 years ago and still around 4-5 foot, will be amazing when grow taller, still, nice to see some green, an oasis.

Stay is good but away from main city. This location is beside Ma Ganga after sangam.
