We were a group of nine staying from 25–28 Dec. The location is superb—walking distance to Hazarduari—and valet parking made arrivals easy. Staff were consistently helpful: they arranged an excellent guide, Biswajit Sinha Roy (Bappa), and coordinated local transport for sightseeing, sparing us the hassle of driving through Murshidabad’s narrow roads. Rooms are large, well-equipped, and clean; bathrooms are spacious and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast had a decent, tasty spread. Areas to improve: - The restaurant menu lists continental items that weren’t available; Chinese dishes could use a flavor upgrade. - Kitchen appears understaffed, leading to slow service—though the restaurant team was courteous and open to feedback. - Providing disposable room slippers would help in the winter chill, as not every guest carries a pair.

Great holiday spending at "Hotel Palace View" at Murshibad. Nice place, great location, fine accomodation, rooms & amminitie & other facilities also outstanding.... All stuffs are very polite & cooperative & good behaviour... Foods are also very nice.... In a word it's excellent in all aspects...

Overwhelmed with the reception and service. we ordered food in room service the quality was good however the presentation and accompanying things like salt or pepper were missed out. They forgot to give salad as well. The breakfast option is also very limited. Could have easily improved. No buffet.

I was not expecting this gem in this demography. I will score them high for comfort, friendliness, service.

Hygiene, cleanliness, facilities, staff behavior, food & location are exception.People must visit the hotel without any hesitation.
