We recently had a staycation at The Westin Nirup Island and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a short getaway. The whole place felt very relaxing, with lovely surroundings and a nice holiday atmosphere. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The service from the staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. It was a great place to unwind, spend quality time, and enjoy a break away from the busy city. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at The Westin Nirup Island and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable staycation. We would definitely love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Nirup Island Resort & Spa to celebrate my birthday. The team went above and beyond to make the occasion special by surprising me with a beautifully presented birthday cake, fresh fruits, a handwritten birthday msg and a thoughtful birthday card. We were also welcomed with lovely birthday decorations on the bed, which made us feel truly appreciated from the moment we arrived. The resort is peaceful, clean and perfect for a relaxing escape from the city. The staff were warm, friendly and always doing their best to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The only areas for improvement would be the dining experience and communication. The food was average and the selection was quite limited. It would be great to see a wider variety of dishes offered. In addition, some staff members have limited English proficiency, which made communication a little challenging at times. That said, they were always courteous and eager to help and their excellent attitude made up for the language barrier. Overall, we had a memorable birthday getaway and truly appreciated the thoughtful touches from the team. I would definitely recommend The Westin Nirup Island Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a quick and relaxing getaway from Singapore. With a few improvements to the food variety and communication, the experience would be even better. We look forward to visiting again.

We had a blast weekend at Nirup Island Westin . It’s beautiful and especially the pool at Constella. We had the full board and buffet breakfast and dinner are sumptuous and delicious. The staff are very attentive and friendly and accommodating. Would like to special thanks to Jessica at kids club who is so warm and lovely , taking good care of the club and attentive to my kids. The room is clean and comfortable. We received message from Westin a week before our check in to prep us if any special request for our stay . This is pleasant surprise and our request for extra pillow and bedding is well attended when we check in . Overall we enjoyed our stayed very much!

overall it is good but there are details need to pay attention and staff training can be improved. great hospitality and kind gesture were offered but mess caused by lacking resilience and operational procedure was a bit disappointing.

Had a 3D2N short getaway at Nirup Island. Ferry to Nirup was smooth and the staff and service there is excellent. Staff were all smiley and warm, making our stay pleasant and welcomed. Room was also clean and they were efficient in house keeping as well as room service. Good that the room service is 24 hours so we get to order food to munch on even in the middle of the night. It is a nice place to unwind, relax and recharged. Highly recommended.
