Room was spacious and clean. Staff is accommodating. Location is accessible. However, considering that we booked a family room, there was no mini fridge. The towel rack was outside of the shower room which is a bit inconvenient. No bidet in the toilet but could have installed a faucet for a tub and dipper. It seems that the filter of the AC has not been cleaned since we experienced some discomfort. The place is good but could use some improvement based on the above comments.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, while the cleanliness is top-notch and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room size is generous, and hot water is always available for a refreshing shower. However, amenities could use some improvement, but the overall experience remains enjoyable. Transport options are convenient, ensuring a good night's sleep during the stay.

We stayed here for 5 days and had a great experience overall. The room was very spacious and clean, and they provided complete amenities like shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, and more, which was super convenient. The location is also a big plus; it’s right in the city center, so everything was within walking distance. A couple of things to note: the curtains aren't blackout, so if you're a light sleeper like me, the room can get pretty bright in the morning. Also, the hot shower was a bit tricky. The temperature would sometimes shift to cold or not heat up properly. Not sure if that was just our bathroom, but it wasn’t a major issue. Despite that, we still really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!
