Great Reception and Housekeeping team doing a sterling job keeping guests warm, comfortable and happy in a facility that is in need of a refurb' Still much better than a T Lodge cell though.

Great Reception team gave me another room after my first one was found to be smelling of cigarette smoke. Well done Guys. WiFi a bit intermittent.

Great Reception Team...
Good size room, plenty of hot water, decent TV and drink making facilities. Very comfortable bed. The property looks quite tired and in need of a refurbishment. That said it's still much better than some of the Ryanair/hostel/gouge the guest type places. I'd stay again.

Plus. Friendly staff. Big breakfast serving. Pub and restaurant just beside. Free parking Cons. No gym or self help laundry. To get to city by car, need to pay toll for bridge or tunnel
