Lovely place to stay, nice and clean, comfortable rooms. Dave, the owner, is a great person who makes you feel welcome, gave good advice on how to travel around the Liverpool area. The breakfast was massive and really good. Conveniently, only a couple minute walk from either the bus station or the Seacombe ferry. Overall, I had a really good stay here.

Value for money. Close to ferry terminal but need to drive to pubs or restaurants.

Home from home. Dave and Sheryl were fantastic hosts; nothing too much trouble and extremely knowledgeable. Beds the most comfortable and bedrooms very tastefully furnished. English breakfast plentiful. Parking on site. Will definitely be back.Would want to stay anywhere else. Definitely 5*.

The Liver view Hotel is run by a very dedicated and hard working friendly family. The breakfast is of Suburb Quality Dave and his mum, Cheryl Were excellent hosts. The bathroom has soft towels, lovely hot shower. The bedroom is so comfy and cosy. Great location within walking distance of the ferry terminal to get into the city centre. Loved our second stay here will return again in the future.

Dave is a very nice, warm and helpful host. Nice dog too! My **** is a bit generous because the muesli had run out and there was no fruit for breakfast and one bulb wasn't working - which Dave promised to fix. Very good shower. Suggest option of lighter bedding for the summer - quilt a bit too heavy. Location excellent for the ferry and there's a very cheap if unglamorous food supermarket that's a stone's throw away.
