The check in, check out was easy and quick by Kritika and Sushant. A refreshing welcome drink by Tamanna ...who was always ready to help me with any issue. The buffet was nice, and the seating arrangement very pleasant. Nicely managed by Chef Kuldip, Avijit and assisted by Jeevan, Mayuri, Jeevan. Aditya, Abhishek and Shafayat also helped make our stay comfortable by their hospitality. This resort is just about a year old. Overall a good stay.

Cons: Do not be fooled by Online Travel Portal Ads that talk about "Deluxe Rooms with Mountain Views"! In reality, this Radisson franchise property is surrounded by Power lines and a Power SubStation to boot...but hey...technically there are Mountains...in the distance! If only the Ugly Power Lines and Power SubStation did not come in the way of the way of the view of the Mountains. The Food is okay but you will get the same Complimentary Breakfast Spread as I did over 4 days. Evening Snacks and Dinner were the same. Quantity does not make for Quality! Service is at best 75% and that too after giving my Feedback to their General Manager after the first 24 hours...who promptly forwarded my Feedback to the Head Chef...and washed his hands off the matter! Some of the Staff I interacted with, definitely need to go back for some global "Radisson" Soft Skills Training to improve on their communication skills & attitude...if they don't want to lose Guests...and impact the Global Radisson Brand negatively! Fyi...I met 3 other Guests, who too had Negative Feedback to share! Pros: However after my First Day Feedback to the General Manager... Notable Performers amongst their Staff were... Charlotte Restaurant and Speakeasy Bar: Arif, Sagar, Arup, Joy...and Birman at the Dosa Counter. In-Room Dining: Ben Housekeeping: Santosh Small Gym: Sheeshpal Reception & Front Desk: Kirtika

Resort is good the worst part is the road to it atleast if not the government Radission guys should make it

A lovely stay at the Radisson Resort and Spa, Khopoli. This is mainly because of the staff over there. They are extremely well trained and hospitable. Purnima and Sushant in particular are 2 stars who stole the show for me with regards to my stay. The property is quite small to be labelled as a resort. It has a basic pool, a spa, carrom, air hockey and foosball. Food was good, not extraordinary but decent enough. Rooms are quite nicely made, spacious, well lit with all the modern amenities. Overall a nice retreat just a few kilometres away from Mumbai. Bonus is Imagica being hardly 500-700 metres away.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was polite, the room was comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The only small suggestion would be to provide bathrobes and disposable slippers, as these are usually expected in a five-star hotel. Other than that, everything was great.
