I stayed at Park Inn by Radisson, Thrissur, and overall it was a good experience. I booked a standard room with a balcony through Agoda, but they upgraded me to a superior room—though it didn’t have a balcony. No complaints there. The ceiling height felt a bit low, and the lobby and frontage are on the smaller side. There’s underground parking, which was convenient. My package didn’t include breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Good option for a quick night’s stay or short business trip.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, I would like to recommend that the cupboard be covered, as there is currently no option to store clothes out of sight. Regarding breakfast, the food quality was good. That said, hygiene standards could be improved, and it would be beneficial to have more staff available to attend to customers, as I experienced delays in receiving my order.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 days, and overall the stay was acceptable, but there were some serious concerns that need improvement. We arrived very early in the morning around 5:00 AM, and unfortunately the reception area lights were completely turned off. There was no security personnel or active staff present to assist us. The staff who were available appeared half asleep and not prepared to receive guests at that hour. For a hotel operating 24/7, this was quite disappointing and gave a very poor first impression. Another issue was the appearance of the reception staff. Their uniforms looked dull, untidy, and not properly maintained. Front office staff represent the face of the hotel, and they should appear fresh, professional, and welcoming at all times. Improving grooming standards would greatly enhance the overall image of the property. Additionally, the bottled water provided in the rooms was not satisfactory. The taste was very similar to tap water, which raised concerns about its quality. I hope the management takes these points seriously and works on improving guest experience, especially during early morning arrivals.
