The White Resort

This place is like something out of the Truman Show. When I was there there was practically no one there. I booked for two nights. I said i wanted to stay e more and she said ok, come tomorrow morning and pay for two more nights. The next morning sbe said she forgot the place was totally booked and I had to leave.she took me on tbe scooter to another place but I didn't want to stay there. I found another place and had to go back later in the day to get my suitcase. At $50/night it is on the high end for whst you get. Room was clean and large. Bathroom amenities. No maid service on second morning. A nice pool but not any other outside amenities. She did reserve a scooter for me which was delivered and picked up. In second moribg since it was only me and another guest, they made custom eggs.

Stayed here just for a night so we could check out the night market on the beach about 100 mtrs away. Nice resort, very clean everywhere, decent room, and nice veranda to sit out on. Massive swimming pools with a great Mountain View towards the rear of the resort. A very Instagrammy type of place with its clinical white decor! Breakfast was average with the normal Frankfurter sausages, wet ham, and fried eggs on offer (along with some Thai offerings). Would stay there again….

The White Resort knows indeed only 2 colors: Everything is white except the grass is green. It's very beautiful and everything is very new incl e.g. a very large flat screen TV. The room is spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The village itself is very calm and not so much is happening there, so I recommend this for a relaxing stay.

Nécessite un taxi ou un bus qui vous amène sur ce resort assez éloigné de tout. Aucun 7 eleven à proximité. Nécessite un scooter pour être totalement libre. Internet ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre. Le petit déjeuner compris est dans les standards de la Thaïlande. Le café de l’instantané donc pas excellent. Le service hôtelier rarement présent à l’office. Obligation d’appeler à chaque fois pour un renseignement. Les vélos mon dieu ! Dans un état avec de la rouille une selle mal fixée, des freins venant d’un autre temps aucune vitesse modulable sur le vélo. Bref faire très attention lorsqu’on en prend un. Aucun entretien sur les vélos. Autre scandale d’un manque de service petit déjeuner compris entre 7h et 10h. Arrivée à 9h20 tout est fermé ! Plus aucun service ni café rien. Le personnel estimant qu’il était temps que ça ferme. Inadmissible sachant le prix par jour autour de 40 euros ! Bref une nuit ou 2 grand maximum.

Nice bungalow type accommodation very clean friendly staff close to many restaurants on Saturdays there is a market on the beach food stalls and a live band really great atmosphere
