Katumbiri Resort and Villa by TripleTree

I had visited the café before and really enjoyed the experience, so I was excited to stay at Katumbiri Resort. Unfortunately, my stay didn't quite meet my expectations. There were several issues during our stay. There was no hot water, and the room amenities were incomplete—no shampoo or slippers were provided. The Deluxe room I booked also looked different from the photos. The pictures showed a room with white walls, but the room we received had wooden/bamboo partition walls, which was quite disappointing. Breakfast was another downside. The food took a long time to be refilled, and since the available dishes were quite spicy for my child, I asked if we could have an egg instead. However, we were told that only one egg was allowed per room, which was surprising for a family-friendly resort. At night, we could hear noises that sounded like rats coming from the ceiling, which made it difficult to relax. The TV also had very limited channels, mostly MNC Group channels. On the positive side, the resort is great for families with children. The grounds are spacious, with playground, a mini zoo, and plenty of open space for kids to run around. My child really enjoyed those facilities. Overall, the resort has a lot of potential and is a fun place for families, but the room facilities and service need improvement. Because of these issues, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

Tipikal kamar yang satu bangunan, dan dalam kamar tersedia kasur lantai dan kamar mandi. Dengan harga 250rb/kamar yaa cukup worth, isinya stay kamar utk tidur aja dan terletak di kebun yg banyak serangga. Baiknya bawa lotion anti serangga. Kamar mandi air lancar, dapet minum di teko, bisa minta air panas ke receptionist, tapi jalan ke depannya dengan jarak harus jalan kaki 100m. Hal kerennya tuh fasilitas outdoor, kolam renang besar dan nyaman, sepi juga, ada sawah, kafe yg cozy buat nongkrong, pilih yg termasuk sarapan, menu standar nasgor+ayam+telur dan dapet teh hangat di teko. Intinya kalo mau ke sini, jangan raguuu, akses aman, dari yg jalan raya yaa, jangan dari yg dalem karena berkelok sekali.

Tempatnya besar dan banyak pohonnya. Kamarnya lumayan bersih. Udaranya dingin dan sejuk. Cocok buat healing santai.
