We booked a 2 bedroom unit. The space is clean, minimalist, and feels like home. All three A/Cs are cold and quiet. Beds are clean, though mattresses can be softer. Location is perfectly located in a quiet area, with Cafe Dia conveniently located in the compound, and about 6 minutes drive away from Parade Grounds where there are lots of good restos. The unit is fully equipped with microwave, electric stove and a big fridge. The pool is clean and good for lapping. Suggested Points to improve: wished to have a Smart TV, wished plates and utensils are provided in the room, wished there is a shower curtain for the bathtub. Overall, we had a relaxing and chill stay. Thank you.

Stay Date: December 24–26 Hotel: The Glory Hotel, Clark 2pax (Mother and daughter) Our overall stay at The Glory Hotel, Clark was okay. Upon check-in, we encountered an issue with our initial room due to a foul odor. We informed housekeeping, and while they provided a humidifier, it did not help. Housekeeping then coordinated with the front desk, and we were promptly transferred to another room with a view, which we appreciated. The staff handled the situation professionally. Breakfast was served buffet-style at the Primo Lounge. During our two-day stay, there was a variety of food options, and the waiters were accommodating and attentive. We had our dinners at The Bunkers, where the servings were large and filling. However, we hope they can improve by offering more menu selections. One downside was when we requested plates and utensils because we planned to eat our leftovers from dinner at The Bunkers in our room. We were informed that there is a fee for plates and utensils, which was unexpected since these are usually complimentary in other hotels. Overall, the hotel has potential, with responsive staff and good food portions. With a few improvements in room maintenance and the provision of basic room essentials such as complimentary plates and utensils upon request, which are commonly available in other hotels.

nice hotel. far away from anything. need a car or grab. staff is great. there is a nice cafe near by and within walking distance.

I stayed overnight. The room had only 1 roll of toilet paper. I asked for a 2nd roll and was told that I will be charged for the 2nd roll. It's the first time for me to experience being charged for toilet paper. Not cool.

The experience was good. But there are some mishaps. my 1 year old son puked on the bedsheet and comforter, we asked for a replacement around 8pm. They said that the replacement has a fee of 300, I was shocked and asked for a hotel policy stating such rule, but the FO did not respond to me. So we slept on a soiled bedsheet, turned it upside down and around so that we may sleep well even with a puked part of the sheet. Since it’s Monday, there’s no buffet breakfast due to the main dining is rented out for a seminar/convention. Yet the restaurant provided us free food on top of our complimentary meals to compensate. I’ll score 4 out of 5. Since the facility is great.
