Brittany Hotel Villar City

A very nice hotel with spacious room but needs improvement on their slow/unacceptable customer service -Toiletries not complete -We reserve for 4 pax and there was only 2 towels provided -Waited for the food for almost an hour yet there were not much customers on the resto., there was even a need to follow up for water even if we requested for it already -Followed up laundry bag since there was none on room and still has to call again to follow up -Requested for a late check out but was advised that they are fully book but when I checked the booking on line, a room of the same category as ours is available.

Pros: Good moody interiors, classy vibe. Rooms are comfortable with comfy bed and a sofs but could use more premium items for the price they are charging. (E.g. slippers are thin, toothbrush and hand soap flimsy and generic). TV remote not working. Generally staff are courteous and accommodating. Good WiFi Cons: Tight basement parking for large vehicles Breakfast is alacarte and very minimal choices Premium price with limited amenities

Pet friendly resort, staff are very nice and accommodating. Big spacious room. I haven't seen regular hotel rooms as big as what Brittany. I will definitely stay here again

The hotel has a very nice ambiance, the room was clean and provided a good beddings, and complementary wifi. However hot water was inconsistent, acu with heavy leak that ruined the bread we bought from laguna. Hotel supervisor was informed by the hotel staff but did not make an effort to apologize. Restaurant staffs are all friendly and attentive, always smiling from morning till night time. Hope they can add gym and additional lights at pool area during night time.

Well, I have to say that the hotel rooms are very clean, smells really good and very relaxing. Must try their food, i love the spicy truffle pasta and the taragon iced tea for the welcome drinks!
