Unreal view and nice resort. We were in two rooms. The first was huge and well appointed. The second was technically an upgrade and was very nice, however there were problems with mosquitoes (50-60 in the bathroom when we arrived, many more after). They seemed to be coming from the shower drain and the room probably needed an exterminator. The hotel was responsive and repeatedly sprayed and tried to address the situation, but did not offer to put us in a different room. It was hard to relax in the room with the mosquitoes

Excellent hotel. Professional and kind service. Large, spacious, and clean rooms. There is no kids' club. A variety of pools. The spa is insane! Every therapist is truly professional-highly recommended! And the hotel restaurants! OMG, every dish we tried- different one each day-was simply excellent. Pizza, burgers, and Thai food. The Chicken Green Curry is crazy, and the mushroom soup-wow! I have never eaten such a delicious soup in my life. There are activities like vegetable carving workshops and cooking classes, sometimes free and sometimes for a nominal fee. An excellent breakfast, as expected from the Amari chain; everything is fresh, delicious, and abundant. From the hotel, you can go on boat trips in the area (you can get the service through the hotel, though it's more expensive, or you can find dozens of skippers along the beach who will be happy to take you on tours at a lower price). Everything is just perfect. The only downside: it is far from everything. It is simply an isolated hotel. There are no markets, restaurants, or independent massage parlors outside the hotel (at most, you can walk to the neighboring hotels). That is the only disadvantage, along with the lack of a kids' club for those for whom that is important. If you are considering staying here, first sign up as an Amari club member (it's free) and you will receive plenty of benefits as you accumulate points from your stay. Recommended. We reached a point where we already received free nights in exchange for points-highly recommended!

The resort is good - clean, nice people and contains good amenities. The good - 1. On the beach 2. Peaceful and calm 3. Has restaurant, Starbucks for food, Spa & massage 4. Good room, view 5. Concierge available for booking trips around Krabi Not so good - 1. Nothing to do around the resort (no shops, cafes), even for essentials or medicines. 2. Lots of stairs within the resort 3. Pool is much smaller than the images 4. Restaurant closes at around 10:30 for food and in-room dining 5. Grab connectivity is low when starting off from the resort. Hotel chartered taxis are quite expensive.

très bel hôtel situé sur la plus belle plage de krabi . Les chambres sont belles mais pas de vue mer faute à la configuration du batiment, dommage. points négatifs: aucune possibilité de se restaurer à un prix normal à Tab kaek, il n'y a aucune ambiance et pour les enfants c'est un hôtel beaucoup trop calme. Le petit déjeuner est indigne d'un 5 étoiles, le pain est rassis et la qualité des produits et inférieure au standard du luxe. le restaurant de l'hôtel est bon mais les portions sont toutes petites pour un prix comme en Europe. Le check out est également bizarrement fait car on se sent épier, ils doivent vérifier la chambre avant de vous laisser partir.... je n'ai jamais vu cela auparavant, cela laisse un mauvais souvenir. Je n'y rtournerai pas...
