Value for money - Not value for money in my opinion as there are 5 star hotels that are a quarter of the price located at the tourist area. However, it is probably one of the best big Villa in the area in terms of number of rooms, space and land area. Location - Quite convenient as the villa provides 4 drives foc a day to a certain point only (2 out and 2 back). The nearest minimart is about 15 mins walk by foot. It is quiet and peaceful away from the tourist area. Cleanliness - 2 cockroaches were in 2 different bathrooms on different nights. The staff came over to spray insecticide and the cockroach eventually died. One of the rooms had around 6 centipedes crawling on the floor. We started getting itchy when we got to bed on the first night. Feels like the sheets were dusty? Not sure why there are stains on the wall and ceiling as well. Staff - they were very quick to come to our aid when something wasn’t working/ we needed something. They also allowed us to check in early and leave our bags for 4 hours before we left the premise. They also cleaned our rooms twice during our stay. Facilities - the first thing we noticed was there is no hot water available in the whole villa. But the staff came to solve it for us immediately. Throughout our 4 day stay, the water kept turning on and off. For example, after taking a dump, we couldn’t flush the toilet bowl or wash our hands. We had to wait for the water to come back on which came back automatically after 5 mins or so. Same for when we showering etc. There was also a window that could not be locked, we had to use a plastic bag to hold it shut to prevent insects from entering. Photos of the villa is somewhat true except that it is older now.

Krabi Trip
Booked this villa at a very reasonable price for our 5D4N stay for 10pax. It is very clean and it feels like home. Mrs Prakong, the manager is so friendly and approachable. We had bbq on our 2nd nite and charcoal was provided. We just need to buy food to bbq. All other utensils and crockery are provided by the villa. 👍👍👍
