Hampton by Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Center

Receptionists are clearly overworked.. they are nice and helpful but with too many things going on and guests trying to get their attention, they tend to lose their smile and patience. Which is understandable. Rooms are great receptionist are wonderful and helpful. Housekeeping is super attentive, especially 刘秀铃. She saw that I had medicine on my table and hence she gave me 2 more bottles of water and a super sweet note. Small act of kindness but made me extend my stay for another night for my 3 rooms. Most appreciated. Breakfast was ok but wish I could have more choices -just being greedy. I usually don’t eat hotel breakfast but I ate at this one. So all great and yes I will like to stay here again next time. The music at the reception.. omg. Rings in my ear. I can still rem the lyrics and rhythm. I can’t say I hate it but it can become quite annoying especially when u sit there waiting for your taxi everyday for a good 10-15min listening to it repeat.

Was not able to change the aircon temperature and they could not do anything

Same person booked 3 rooms for my aunts and mother. Location is great. Good housekeeping.

The best thing about this hotel are the staff. The front desk are so patient with sorting my online shopping pre delivered to the hotel. Everything is in good order. As for the room , it is a big room but cannot make more racks to put our belongings? Yea, a big room with a tiny hanging cupboard, no racks at all. Pillows are be better.
