Good place with a great view But they don’t switch on power backup unless we approach and tell them , which is pathetic . AC is not there , and it get really hot in the afternoon ,so AC is must . Food quality is good . For AC and power backup facility I will not recommend my friends and family .

The place is amazing, very peaceful and secluded. I recommend reaching here in the daylight strictly, the road to this property is narrow and comes through forest like atmosphere and hence a night drive would be scary I assume. The staff is simply amazing. I cannot imagine to have any complaints on the hospitality. Bharath was very professional and helpful in guiding through the details that I needed. He spoke to me very well too. Food was great, delicious. Cook Ramesh is very friendly. Akki rotti, chutney, paneer curry in the dinner and mangalore buns and dosa in the breakfast were too too good. Thoroughly enjoyed. Lunch and dinner are exclusive of the cottage booking charge, lunch - 300 and dinner - 400 for veg. Did not have lunch here, so cannot comment but I am confident that it should be great. Coming to facilities or ameneties, there is nothing much other than a swimming pool here. Its a place to just relax and unwind. I think adding some indoor games like carrom, fooseball, table tennis would help the guests engage themselves during the stay and also have some fun. The electricity supply was not there from night to morning, they have a power backup option but that cannot power the electric geyser. They helped us with 2 buckets of hot water to take bath. As they mention there is no mobile signal available here and we have to rely on their Wi-Fi for any communication with someone, and in the morning for 2-3 hours the Wi-Fi connectivity was lost, the internet was unavailable. This loss of contact may create panic for someone trying to reach us. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern. Coming to the pricing, 7000 per night for two people, seems a little high for me. I got it at lesser price from Agoda which is somewhat okay but the official price is 7000. The location is not very convenient to reach, there are not much activities to do and lunch and dinner are not included in this price, so this is just my thought that just for a room with breakfast in a nice atmosphere though, 7k feels a little high but I am satisfied with what I paid through Agoda. Overall, I would really like to go back to this place for the wonderful food they have and the hospitality. We enjoyed the stay irrespective of some inconveniences.

The food is great here, it’s so green around here. Some grass is overgrown however it is beautiful. The small waterfall is so pleasant. I would definitely visit again.

Away from the hustle and bustle of never ending traffic jams and crowded areas everywhere, this is such a beautiful place to enjoy some quiet. The property is beautiful,very limited accomodation so doesn't feel crowded,the staff very helpful, they have their own small waterfall made from a beautiful small natural stream, everything about this place feels so nice, with their own cow,ducks, car ,dog whatnot.Kids will enjoy, they have play area for small kids and some indoor board games to,overall gud place to spend some time amongst the beautiful mountains and amidst the pleasant showers.

This stay is really outside the city. You will take 30minutes to 1 hr to reach the city of Sakleshpur. The stay is really homely and run by the family almost. They know a few languages and try to accommodate everyone. This is really a stay in the hills. Be ready to see bugs and hear nature. Recommend taking the jeep ride, talk to the owner. Best to take your own car and ride there, since experience required especially on the hills.
