Located in the midst of a small town it feels a very clean and neat place. Number of rooms is less and hence don't feel too crowded. Responsive staff and overall experience makes it feel like more reputed hotels. The restaurant serves sumptuous food with part of restaurant is in an open Terrance. The town is located around half hr distance from Sunna gate of Tipeshwar which is very convenient since drive is on highway only. A good option if looking at options outside the safari gate. Parking is available and close to highway makes it a decent option

This is a perfect place which is almost equidistance to Sunna Gate and Mathani Gate. Staff is polite, food sumptuous, rooms neat and clean. We had a very good experience. Thanks

Nice and cozy room

While undertaking journey by road from Hyderabad to Ranikhet, we took the opportunity to take short breaks in between. We selected this property for night stay. I must confess it is a property which we would book on our return back. Fabulous, neat and clean, food was amazing, atmosphere was nothing short of 5 star, and staff very cordial. There is a dedicated car parking g facility with running restaurant and good spread during breakfast. Would recommend those who wish to halt during transiting or booking Tipeshwar Wild life Santuary.
