아일라 II 호텔 부티크

It was a good stay with great value and convenient transport options to city center. The rooms were lovely and well cleaned however there was some days I didn't receive cleaning service and I'm not sure what went wrong, I didn't want housekeeping while in the room but I didn't think after leaving it will not be offered or maybe it's that it's every second day. The stat overall was safe and pleasant and I would book again.

I only have problem when do check in process. I booked the room from Agoda and for check in process we need to fill the link from hotel which is hide by Agoda. And we arrived around 20 PM, we cannot enter the hotel as no reception and hotel’s whatsapp cannot do call only can message but even after half hour no one read my message. Lucky there is another guest coming so we can enter the hotel. It was freezing cold that time. And the guest help us calling the hotel numbers but have to tried 3 times to get them and promised to call me but even i have waited for half hour they dont call me and said my numbers in my profile is wrong. What the heck! I prove them wrong by given picture of my phone number that i filled is correct. Then they send me the link to my whatsapp. It was really frustating. Can you imagine how if no one open the door, we must be outside and have to look another hotel. You can have technology to handle check in process but you need to ensure people are stand by if something wrong happened. Especially if you book the hotel few hours before check in i am not recommend this hotel.

시내와 꽤 거리가 있지만 지하철로 다 연결 되어있어서 문제 없습니다. 중간에 숙소에 들려서 쉬어야 되는 스타일이면 추천하지 않지만, 나가면 일정을 다 마치고 들어오는 스타일이면 추천합니다.

Buen hotel, nuevo, limpio y comodo. Con todo lo necesario. Desayuno de cortesía incluido, terraza solarium. El trato del personal fue excelente. Volveré... Y por favor no subáis los precios!
