Azur One Eleven Hotel Alamein

We had an amazing stay at Azur One Eleven. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Any issue or request was addressed right away, which made the experience very comfortable and stress free. The hotel is very family friendly and peaceful. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for anyone looking to unwind. The beach is very close, private, and clean, which we really appreciated. They also have a kids club where your little ones can play and enjoy themselves while parents get some time to relax. One thing to keep in mind: if you’re visiting in early June, it can get a little chilly at night, so bringing a light sweater is a good idea. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to families and anyone looking for a calm and relaxing getaway.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Agoda. While I was on my way to the hotel, I was informed by Agoda that my reservation had been cancelled because the hotel was fully booked. Shortly afterwards, I received another confirmation that my reservation was active and confirmed, so I continued my trip to the hotel. When I arrived, I discovered what had actually happened: my original All-Inclusive booking had been changed to Breakfast Only. I had booked and paid based on the confirmed All-Inclusive package, but the hotel informed me that my reservation only included breakfast. I immediately contacted Agoda, but instead of providing a proper solution, I was offered only 55.83 AgodaCash as compensation. What is even more frustrating is that Agoda later claimed that I had accepted the Breakfast Only benefits. I was already at the hotel and had no choice but to stay there. Being forced to accept the situation because I had already arrived does not mean that I agreed to the change or that I was satisfied with it. I spent my vacation trying to resolve a booking problem that was not my fault. I expected Agoda to take responsibility and honor the booking that was originally confirmed. Unfortunately, this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in Agoda. I will not use Agoda again, and I strongly recommend that travelers be extremely careful and verify their booking directly with the hotel before traveling. This is not the level of service or responsibility I expected from Agoda.
