신축이라서 깨끗하고 이용하기 좋았어요. 교통도 편리했고요~ 오르목에 다시 간다면 반드시 이호텔로 다시 갈겁니다.

The hotel is a good choice for a short stay of a few nights. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. However, housekeeping needs significant improvement. Room cleaning is only done upon request, and even then, it is often below standard. In particular, the floors are not properly swept or cleaned, giving the impression that the work is rushed and incomplete. Improving the quality and consistency of housekeeping would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The dining room staff the front desk staff and the security staff are awesome. It's the management that is cutting everything back. They exploited their interns working for free. The housekeeping staff needs a lot of work. Mold in the showers the rooms floors only get mopped so often we stayed there for two weeks. I believe my floor was only mopped three or four times in two weeks. This could be a beautiful 45 star hotel, it's not more like two or three star. I've been staying there for years and it has gone so far downhill I won't be back, this past stay I spent*** Pesos at that hotel. So highly overcharged.

We love our room, the service is highly commendable. However, we were just disappointed with the pool area. We were supposed to swim but it seemed unclean and there was an unpleasant odor. Will still recommend though. That was just an area for improvement.

Most of the staff is nice but I encountered several issues during my short stay. I feel if I pay for a premium hotel, it should not have so many issues. Issues included: no toilet paper (room service delivered), no soap in sink (told to use body wash from shower), safe was locked (staff fixed), safe battery cover kept falling off when opening safe, bedroom outlet was damaged (staff fixed), treadmill belt was loose (reported to staff). No butter included with my toast at breakfast (staff said the meal does not include butter, WTH), one elevator is out of service (long waits for the working elevator). The hotel is less than 1 km from SM and Robinsons malls. Jollibee is next door and McDonalds is maybe a 5 minute walk away. There are laundry shops nearby also. So it's location is good, away from the loud/busy port area.
