I felt safe and truly well taken care of during my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. —honestly, he felt more like local guides than hotel staff 🤣🥰✨ (his name is ismail) The room was spacious, warm, and spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping. The location is excellent—close to major attractions yet quiet and relaxing. I really loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Wonderful staff!
Great location, beautiful views from the terrace, and tasty breakfast. The staff was absolutely amazing, very kind, generous, and helpful and watched out for me. They were able to help me with everything that came up. I would stay here again next time.

Great Hotel in Mardin
The room was spacious and full of local historical charm, yet equipped with modern facilities and offering an excellent view over the city of Mardin. The breakfast was very rich and varied. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and fun. Special thanks to Ismail and Muhammad for giving us such wonderful memories in Mardin.

이 숙소 옥상에서는 메소포타미아 평원을 눈앞에서 볼 수 있습니다. 어느 숙소보다 옥상이 넓고 풍광과 전경을 볼 수 있는 곳은 드뭅니다. 아침 식사 매우 좋습니다. 주인의 정성이 담긴 조식이며, 투숙객들에게 마음뿐 아니라 실제로도 즐거운 마음으로 친절하게 대해 줍니다. 떠나는 날 버스 정류장까지 배송한 것 뿐 아니라 버스비까지 내준 것은 돈을 떠나 주인이 투숙객을 대하는 마음으로 보였습니다.
