The staff make the difference in our stays and our stay here was made perfect by a couple of reception people who always went out of their way to make us comfortable. From the moment we arrived we felt we made a great choice in our accommodation for the week. Kitiya, the main receptionist we dealt with was extremely kind with her advice on the area and where to go. She wears a million dollar smile so you can’t miss her. The cleaning staff along with our other kind receptionist Bird, always had a smile and greeting for us while keeping us well stocked on water, coffee and an immaculate and clean smelling room. Highly recommend this quiet little spot in paradise Thanks again

The hotel itself is located very close to Kotanoi beach. The hotel is a very affordable choice and the best mid budget choice maybe in all of kata. The main problem is that Katanoi doesn’t have much itself to offer, being a tourist only spot. It’s just a bit too far from kata to be walkable (up a steep hill and then down) especially if you have young children. There’s a small pool at the hotel that is great for kids.

Low key resort Good management Clean Excellent location to nicest beach Great room nice deck not to hot with good breeze Some construction noise Nearby

A nice budget option just across the road from the beautiful beach. There is a delicious restaurant just on the corner of the road at the bottom of the driveway and a convenience store nearby. Nothing in the way of nightlife down here though so definitely just a place to relax and recharge the batteries
