The retreat is located just off the main highway. The property is huge and has coffee plantations. The view from the banks of the lake is excellent. Bonfire was lit. The food was very good and tasty. Rooms were neat and clean. The staff was very helpful and arranged to charge my EV. There very few chargers nearby and often they are out of order/faulted. I would recommend this Retreat.

I wont recommend this resort to anybody 1. No security during night(u have wait at the gate in search of network begging to open the lovked gate) if u get network u r blessed to connect the concerned otherwise u have to go back or jump off the gate to find someone inside) 2.No vibes of Real Sakleshpur Chilled weather and Foggy atmosphere, it is as same as Bangalore outskirts) 3. Back water of Vatehole dam is of no use No Activities 4. Reaching out from Sakleshpur is a hectic connectivity 5. Power fluctuations at Night (may have to carry emergency light for safety) 6. Non friendly gesture, u are not allowed to stay even for 15min extra after check out time(11.00am) even though u have checked in very late that does not matter 7. No card Payment and No network to use UPI and No Wifi to connect Internet (Carry Cash or do advance payment or Search to find ur network seevice provider) 8. For additional any extra person additional room shall not be provided but they charge same amout as others and u willbe asked to use an additional short extra bed provided at room. 9. Congested room with very minimal space around the bed foe movement, Challenging for kids to roam 10. No funny activities, No adventure activities

It was a great stay for 2 nights with family, friends and kids. The location is great and so is food. The staff was courteous and helpful. All thanks Mr. Nagraj for taking care of us. I feel it's overpriced for the lack of facilities although there were some games options.

Unfortunately, Our experience at this property was quite disappointing and certainly not value for money. There are several areas that need significant improvement. Food & Restaurant: The property does not have a proper restaurant facility where guests can order food as per their preference. The only option available is a buffet, which starts only after 9:00 PM. This is highly inconvenient, especially for families with children or guests who prefer to have dinner earlier. Moreover, the quality of the food was not at all satisfactory. The taste, variety, and overall quality were well below expectations . Swimming Pool & Maintenance: Although the property has a swimming pool, the maintenance was a major concern. The pool area did not appear to be properly maintained, and stray dogs were freely roaming around the pool area. This is not only unpleasant but also raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety, particularly for families with children. Room & Basic Facilities: The room itself was also not up to the expected standard. Basic facilities were missing, including an intercom/telephone in the room. Whenever we needed anything or wanted to communicate with the reception, we had to physically walk down to the reception desk. This is extremely inconvenient and should be addressed as a basic hospitality requirement. Overall Service & Experience: The overall experience did not match what one would expect from a property charging the kind of tariff being charged here. The combination of poor food quality, lack of proper dining options, additional charges for facilities, inadequate maintenance, stray dogs around the pool, and missing basic room amenities made the stay quite frustrating. The property may have potential because of its location and available facilities, but the management needs to significantly improve food quality, restaurant services, cleanliness, maintenance, guest convenience, safety, and transparency around additional charges. Overall, I would not recommend this property at the current price point. There are much better options available that offer better food, better-maintained facilities, and a more comfortable overall guest experience.
