다이아몬드 호텔 쉼켄트

Here’s a clear, natural, and slightly polished version of your review (kept strong but professional): ⸻ I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. For a very similar price, I have stayed at Ramada Hotel, where the breakfast was significantly better. In comparison, the breakfast here was extremely limited, with very few options, and felt quite stingy. Service was also a major issue. I requested my room to be cleaned while I was out, but when I returned, it had not been cleaned. I informed the staff again and left the hotel, only to come back later and find the room still not cleaned. I had to call again to remind them, which was frustrating and unacceptable. Another issue occurred at night when I called reception to ask for a bottle opener. The staff member simply told me they didn’t know and asked me to call the restaurant. I wasn’t even sure if the restaurant was open that late, and when I tried calling, the line was busy the entire night. I have travelled to many countries, and honestly, even some hostels provide better service at this price point. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location — it is conveniently close to my clinics, which is the only reason I stayed here. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
