The property is value for money with proper cleanliness, breakfast is ok.. However the parking is a huge problem. They building have some restaurants and also they lend property for events as well.. so even if you booked a stay you are not guaranteed a parking.. instead they will make in the adjacent baren land by saying there is security and CCTV camera and all.. but i found my only car lying with gates wide open and no body manning it.. They make you sign forms for any damage to towels and bedsheets and charge penalties. you should also make sure you take it in writing from them that any untoward incidents to your vehicle they should be responsible. Some of the staff are pretty rude as well, they can do much better on that.

Hotel was good but there are two things that I didn’t like. Breakfast was pure vegetarian. There were no egg options. The parking lot smelled of drainage. If these issues are taken care of, I would recommend this hotel without a second thought

The hotel is situated around some 36-40 km from udupi central. Hotel is good and has good cleanliness at the premises. Breakfast serve is totally south indian and hotel does not serve the other options. The one con from the property - They don't provide regular water. When asked its right then they asked we need to fill from the ground which is located near the kitchen. That was rude behaviour and rest of the thing is okay.

Booked a king bed superior room but they provided twin bed. Giving reason like it is not available. They don’t provide water apart from 1 litre complimentary, when asked for water they say we cannot provide you water other than complimentary one which is already given.

I stayed twice, first time I gave a good rating sensed staff unfriendliness but gave benefit of doubt. But some how felt the staff was very arrogant . I was almost ‘threatened’ that my luggage will be removed from room n kept in the lounge to be taken, for my request for late checkout max 1 hour as I was quite far attending a function. That too when the hotel was having plenty of rooms available. Further had an issue with air conditioning, had to struggle to make the maintnce guy understand the ac was cooling room. If some one ask me it’s a good place but should be more professional in there want to survive.
