For the hotel, the staff's hospitality was good for a budget-friendly stay. But I had an issue during check-out. So, at check-in, I was asked for my ID card (KTP), and it turned out they kept it until check-out. (In November 2024 when I stayed, they didn't keep the ID.) So I told the receptionist that I planned to check out early, around midnight or dawn. The receptionist said it was fine, that a staff member would be on duty. (In my experience last November, when I checked out 12pm, no staff was on duty, so I just left a note and dropped the room key at the front desk.) But at 4 AM when I tried to check out, there was no staff on duty. The front desk was closed. I knocked, but no one answered. I tried contacting the WhatsApp number displayed at the front desk. No response. I ended up calling via WhatsApp around 29 times. Around 5 AM, another guest arrived wanting to check in, so we both waited and took turns trying to contact the number. At around 5:40 AM, a staff member finally showed up. At that point, I couldn’t say anything—I just wanted to check out quickly because I had a train to catch to Purwokerto. I was afraid that if I complained, it wouldn’t come out in polite words anymore. Feedback for Rubina: If you're going to keep guests' ID cards, you must ensure the front desk is staffed 24 hours. The reality is, some guests check in or out during odd hours like between 12 AM and 2 AM. I couldn't go anywhere or just leave the room key like I did last November, because I needed my ID card—and I needed it to board the train. Another alternative: make the service hotline more responsive. Even if there's no one at the front desk, the hotline should be reachable when guests need assistance.

Sangat worth it dengan harga yg terjangkau dan fasilitas lengkap dikelasnya..

Hotel ini nyaman banget dibuat tidur kalo lagi liburan sendiri atau minim ditemenin bestie 1, jadi berdua wkwkw... Testimoni first masuk kamar ini langsung berasa nyaman gitu, entah kenapa hahaaa. Kalo aku sebut sih ini namanya masih penginapan yaa, karena luasnya juga belum kyk hotel, but untuk fasilitasnya ini udah lengkap buat segi penginapan kyk gini... So gitu aja sedikit gambaran kalo ada yg tertarik mau kesini, nginap disini udah cocok dan nyaman buat liburan dan cari penginapan murah tp fasilitas oke wkwk... Thank uuu, OYO Rubina Syariah!!! Semakin sukses buat penginapannya, dan tingkatkan terus fasilitasnya, supaya semakin nyaman... 🙏🏻🤩😍
