I had a lovely stay here. The location is excellent right next to the beach and the hotel kindly prepared a birthday decoration in the room which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was also spacious and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. Thank you for making my stay special! There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. Cleanliness particularly the bed linen needs more attention. I found a dark stain on the bedsheet and informed the staff who immediately changed it. Unfortunately, the replacement sheet also had a stain which was disappointing. Breakfast was also quite busy and it seemed that there were not enough staff during peak hours. The egg station had a very long waiting time and tables were not cleared promptly after guests finished their meals. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the friendly service and thoughtful birthday arrangement. With some improvement in housekeeping and breakfast service, the experience could be even better. Will definitely come back!

The hotel is very family-friendly, with spacious rooms that are perfect for those traveling with kids. The staff are also warm and welcoming, which made our stay pleasant. However, the swimming pool was quite disappointing. It appeared dirty and not well maintained, which is a concern especially since many families with children use it. Improving the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the pool would greatly enhance the overall experience. Overall, a good hotel for families, but the pool condition needs attention.

The room had a very strong sewage drain smell throughout our stay. We called maintenance to fix the issue, but unfortunately the smell did not improve at all. The only response we received from the hotel was an apology. On top of that, the guests staying above our room kept dragging chairs across the floor late at night, making it impossible for me to sleep properly. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

ขนาดห้องดีมากแต่ห้องที่มีอ่างอาบน้ำจะมีที่ชั้น1เท่านั้นซึ่งวิวจะไม่ดีเลยเนื่องจากหาดไม่ได้สวย ถ้าอยากได้วิวทะเลดีๆต้องนอนชั้น2ขึ้นไป อาหารเช้าธรรมดามากเมื่อเทียบกับราคาห้องประมาณนี้ แต่นี่คือโรงแรมที่ค่อนข้างดีกว่าโรงแรมอื่นๆในละแวกเดียวกัน ที่เก่ามาก คนส่วนใหญ่จึงน่าจะเลือกที่นี่เป็นตัวเลือกแรกเหมือนเรา ปล.สิ่งที่แย่ที่สุดคือห้องเหม็นกลิ่นท่อมาก แทบจะอยู่ไม่ได้แต่ทางโรงแรมก็พยายามแก้ไขโดยการเทจุลินทรีย์ในท่อซึ่งช่วยได้น้อยมาก
