The property was huge with well maintained garden area and the swimming pool with water slides. Rooms lacked the freshness and had spider webs which showed it has not cleaned/maintained properly. Property owner was not welcoming and made us wait for the check-in due to pricing issue between him and agoda. Instead of handling the issue by himself, he made us call the agoda team and made our check-in difficult.

Affordable rate with better facility than 5 star hotel,home made food . (Breakfast ,Lunch, Dinner all available ).Food quality is too good.Cleanliness 10/10. Hot water available. Location-30minutes from Guhagar beach and 1 minutes away from main Road. 24Hrs water available

Good property

Property is nice and clean. But good arrangement is not to the mark also is costly compared to other options. Property didn't provide mineral water but only tap water as they don't have water filter so carry your water stock with you. Property has only 1 geyser for 6 rooms so schedule your time to take bath accordingly. Also don't book from any website or app as this owner don't accept bookings from them and that leads to a lot of problem. I faced the same for this trip.
