버얼리 코트 호텔

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveler access Is easy check in you do yourself on a tablet. Hotel entrance very clean and modern. My room was on the first floor the other side of the hotel, after a long walk down the corridor with all the carpet on the way stretched and creased easy to trip over. Found my room first impressions spacious and clean however when I went in the bathroom to use the bath, I found lots of mold on the white silicone and tiles tap was slow and when the tap was on the water came out of the pulley you use to use it as a shower. Room has no air con and is very hot. Beds are clean but very hard pillows are hard. Showers in the gym are dirty and low pressure. Stay was OK for what I needed it for but for a hotel of this size and footfall of people and the price I would have thought there are more staff available when needed and the quality of beds showers and cleaning would be miles better.

I don't know if its one of the older rooms i stayed in -179, or if that one is staying like that. (they are going through a refurb). the bathroom was very dated compared to the last 3 times i have stayed there. i was gutted about this. they also only gave enough toiletries for 1 person, not two. and please can we use handwash liquid instead of hand soap- these just arent very pleasant. i cant remember if there was aircon in another room i stayed in on a stay here before, but yesterday it was needed and there was any. 4 star hotels need aircon in this day and age, when a premier inn has one! otherwise, the staff, breakfast and pool etc were spot on!

러프버러 대학고 안에 있어 버스로 이동하기 편했습니다. 레스토랑 음식도 아주 맛있게 먹었네요. 편하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다.

The hotel was very handy for moving my son out of his student room. I stayed with my daughter but felt at check-in that the staff member wanted to get us out of the reception area as quickly as possible, almost rushing us through the self check-in process. Perhaps conference delegates take priority but previous reviews have mentioned a similar lack of basic courtesy. That said, the restaurant snd bar staff were very polite and the stay certainly served its purpose for us.

Hotel is very convenient for events at loughborough university, but overall ambience was not that welcoming. The hand basin had no hot water and some staff were not overly helpful with local information.
