The stay was really good… though there was not many option for breakfast but they do ask your preference ..Breakfast was very tasty .. we enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly… dinner options were limited as we are vegetarian but it was decent… the view from the window was stunning… there is Kodanadu view point just 250 m away from this property but you need not visit there as the same view you are getting from your room window…. Only thing i would suggest that they should maintain the room furniture’s properly…. As few of the furniture in our room was broken which was looking a bit shabby…. Bedsheets and blankets can be cleaner…. Overall the experience was quite good … the drive towards the property was breathtaking…. Must visit with family

Overall good experience

View is breathtaking but cleanliness is very poor
The view is breathtaking and the food is amazing but our room 104 was infested with big cockroaches, there were 7-8 near the bed , i just couldn’t sleep. This place badly needs pest control

Property with excellent views
Stayed at Paradise peak cottage for couple of days . To start off, views from property is excellent. Deluxe room we got was reasonably big in size. Another positive aspect was the food, it was really good. We had dinner, lunch and breakfast from this place. Everything tasted really good. Kudos to the Chef. Property is just walkable distance to Kodanad view point. My only complaint with the place was unorganized service. People manning this place appeared to be good folks but service was very unorganized. Timings of breakfast was weird, we were told breakfast would be served by 8:30 am but was eventually served at 9:15 am. Reception area was unattended most of the times hence couldn't reach out to anyone to clarify. There was no staff available to help with the luggage. This place badly needs a trained guest relation manager . To sum it up, you can definitely book this place for the views and good food but if you are looking for organized service, please book elsewhere. I would suggest pay a bit more and book a regular hotel with view.
