Enjoyed this place. The rooms are annexed from the pub and you can hear noise until closing time. Cute room with good coffee machine and care taken to give you what you need - even earplugs if you need them. I enjoyed my stay. Shower is the most powerful I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We spent a great evening stay here for my birthday, the room was spotless and the pub and staff were excellent. Definitely come here again.

Old Exeter Charm
I like the design of the room. Clean and comfortable. There's a pub downstairs but it wasn't loud during my stay. Earbuds and sleeping mask are also provided.
