Agoda stated room with outdoor view but once check in they give room without view no window ...the reason is hotel fully booked ...weird but happen

Is it consider acceptable condition for a budget hotel. Juat you can always smells the satay smoke comes from downstairs

Many pros n cons staying here. Hotel parking is free and convenient store shop lots below. Hair salon right beside hotel too. Very convenient location as restaurants right below hotel but cudnt get good sleep due to loud noise from restaurants till 3am. (TAT satay and TAT thai food). Then in the mrng TAT roti canai stall opens below hotel at 6am causing noise again. Was frustrated as i only had 3 hours sleep that nite. Room with twin bed was a little small in size but bed was comfy. Shower with good pressure. At nite we encounter few small cockroaches in room. In summary if u ask if i will return the answer is no. Sorry.

The hotel has a perfect location, with many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient to find food and even have breakfast outside the hotel. Parking is easy and hassle-free. The room is spacious and very suitable for a group of four. What we really liked is the layout of the bathroom area — the bathroom, toilet, and sink are separated into three different sections, which makes it very convenient when sharing the room with multiple people. The room itself is large enough and comfortable for a short stay. The only downside was during check-in, as the staff who attended to us sounded slightly rude when answering our questions about the hotel facilities. It wasn’t a major issue, just the tone could have been better. Overall, it’s a great hotel and highly recommended for a short stay due to its location, room size, and convenience.
