The hotel is clean & modern, the staff is communicative & helpful. It's location is ideal, w/easy access to highways & LGA. There aren't add'l services (room service, restos in lobby, etc), exception being the FREE parking, which is truly IDEAL (other properties will charge anywhere btwn USD $20 - $55 per day ... no thanks!) I'd read some guests parked on the street, adjacent to the hotel; that was never the case. I highly recommend it Ly Hotel.

Pros. This is an exceptionally nice hotel on the inside. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. They look very nice. The security is good. And they had plenty of parking. I had some problems with the toilet in my room and the staff were very helpful. They eventually had to change me to another room. Cons. Or I called this facility before I stayed there and asked him if they had a washer and a dryer there. The staff member told me no. They failed to mention that there is a whole laundromat attached to the place that they also own. As soon as I got there the staff said my room would not be ready for a couple hours and ask if I would take an upgrade to a king room. I asked my wife about it. She said she wanted to go check the bed. My wife used to work in hotels. While checking the bed she meant the housekeepers and they said our room would be ready in 15 minutes. She informed me that the staff was trying to trick me. When we were having trouble with our toilet and we called the front desk the guy said. Would you like to change a room at the time? I told him and we talked to my wife about it. After she said let's change. I called back and another staff answered and said we have no available rooms. I told him about what the other guy said and he hung up on me. And called back in about 10 minutes and said I could move to another room. I had a lot of trouble with the security card on the elevator. I got stuck and I couldn't get it to move. When I called the people on the phone to help, I couldn't understand what they were saying. The accent was too heavy. Certain staff just need better training. The customers need training on the security in the elevator. We were given a very lovely room and the beds were just great. Foam beds I believe. It has a restaurant but I did not try it. It's in an industrial neighborhood, but don't let that scare you. I walked around there and had no trouble at all. I asked for directions from people and they were kind and helpful.

I was on the 6th floor, and the rooms looked brand new, modern, stylish, and very nicely done. I loved the room I stayed in. The neighborhood felt a bit uncertain to me, partly because there’s a big laundromat downstairs that attracts a lot of people, and the elevators had a strong marijuana smell (probably just New York being New York). Still, I’d stay there again.

We needed a place in queens to book a few rooms while we were all in town for a family funeral. This fit the bill! Affordable, clean, comfy beds, a handful of things to walk to (Greek place, 7-11, shop-rite)…plenty of parking. Would stay here again!

Its a budget option with comfortable stay, my trip to new york was very short as I had to run Laguardia the next day, this was a convinient option for me within 10-15minute driving distance from Airport. For longer stay in NYC location could be a bit far from Manhattan. Overall it is a good hotel, nice staff and comfortable stay.
