This hotel was only a 12 minute walk from the famous beach, and with a car you can reach other attractions/beaches in close proximity. Ancient city only 4km by car. Breakfast was nice, upstairs closed terrace has a nice breeze of air at night. My only complaint is the smell coming from our rooms bathroom. It was a very bad septic gas smell that could not be ignored. We tried everything and in the end, just tried to use the bathroom as little as possible in the afternoon. We brought it up to reception and they blamed it on “wind conditions”, but another person from our group 3 doors down had no such issue. According to google, this could be a piping issue, bacteria, or other plumbing related problems. They had no other rooms to move us too, so unfortunately we had no choice but to stay. I think some form of compensation should be warranted seeing as we had to endure the toxic smell for 3 nights. Anyway, other than that and a shower leak - we enjoyed our stay. The building maintenance worker was very nice and tried to fix the issues as much as possible - we appreciated that. Also a good thing to mention is this hotel is wheelchair accessible, which is not common everywhere. Elevation reaches each floor.

Right in the middle of Didim. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Bed and breakfast. Turkish breakfast all very clean. Would recommend to anyone

Do not be fooled by the modern exterior of 01 Nova Otel Didim. The hotel operates with zero corporate standards, absolute hostility toward guests, and complete unprofessionalism. ​Official check-in is at 2:00 PM, but we were not given our room until 2:40 PM. When I raised a normal objection to the delay, the lobby staff reacted with shocking aggression. Instead of offering an apology, they told us that they make guests wait all the time without complaints, adding that they were "surprised and angered" by my reaction. They even rudely told us they could refund our money and that we should just leave and stay somewhere else. The front desk staff used street slang and maintained an attitude that has no place in hospitality. ​This 40-minute delay directly ruined our afternoon. By the time we finally got settled and made it to the beach, there were no spots left, causing unnecessary hassle. On top of that, no bellboy helped with our luggage—we had to carry everything up to the room ourselves. ​When we finally entered, the room was dirty and obviously rushed. There were visible marks left all over the mirrors and walls. To make matters worse, the instant coffee left in the room had a manufacturing date from 2024. ​The building itself seems like a residential property hastily converted into a hotel. The walls between rooms are paper-thin, providing zero sound insulation, so you hear every noise from neighboring rooms. ​This place is run with a cheap, amateur mindset. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
