Good value for money if it wasn't for the sewer smell
Relatively new propery that opened its doors to the public on campus site, which is well located in populist Saint Denis neighbourhood. Friendly staff and good basic facilities. Nothing fancy, but the sewer smell that is apparent when you enter reception, unbearible in the laundry room at the same ground floor level and wven in the bathroom of the apartment, spoils it all. Friendly staff seems to be aware but cannot do anything about it, unfortunately..

Studio's Film Industry brick 🧱 buildings, nearly in open brightly view's, of labirintical awesome way's raccourcie's, the Hollywelness, between building trees of a very special modern mixture, shopping amazing zone colorfully of joy 🛒 as expected and slow bistro's concept, in a common practical affordable really good comfortable luxury, left and wright stunning eys panorama, hope to rebook again as soon, way to retry this so romantic and sportly casual business resort, the same sentiment of Deja loue! Superb place for tourists, very clean , super spacious, best place to connectivity to Eiffel and Disneyland . Pros : Rooms are Very clean Super spacious Next to metro , eiffil tower 30mins , Disneyland 6ims Very friendly staff 24hoirs available reception Luggage drop available Kitchen and utensils for cooking We stayed for 5dags and it’s the best place and value for our money.
