There is no doubt it is a beautiful location with stunning views. The staff are excellent, friendly and accommodating. There were a few issues that I would like to raise. One being the pathway to the room was steep and uncovered, which certainly would be a problem if it was raining. The second issue was the ensuite was quite tight. The third was the dark floor tiles on entering the room was an issue when it came to the couple steps which lead down to the bedroom being the same colour.. I found the steps to be quite dangerous as they were not outlined and had my husband not made me aware of them perhaps I would have fallen. Something to be aware of!

We just finished staying at the Elandra, an overall good stay though should be advertised as a 4 star hotel. 1. Bathrooms need some love - particularly the showers. There’s mouldy ceilings (due to there being no shower fan we assume), missing grout, dirt, cobwebs near towel rails and ants everywhere. 2. You can hear your neighbours next door. 3. Service at restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner can be slow. Food is very average. 4. Pool is old, hasn’t been refurbished probably since the 90s. 5. Rotted timber decking that’s quite hazardous especially when it’s dark. If these issues are addressed I’m sure Elandra will feel like a 5 star resort again.

Beautiful resort with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included was great, beautiful views, comfortable room and set in a great location

Stay 4 Nights

Took my wife here for her birthday and we were completely spoiled. Amazing food and service from great friendly staff. Tastefully designed modern rooms and a view from the pool deck to die for. Loved every minute and didn’t want to leave. Take your partner for a taste of the good life. You won’t regret it!
