LOCATION value for money
Location wise it's value for money because it's walking distance to my event place which is SM Muntinlupa. An old building MOTEL to be exact. mosquitos and cockroaches roaming freely. ;-)

Know before checking in
The location is decent with good transport options, making it easy to get around. While I had a comfortable sleep and appreciated the housekeeping efforts, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and there were issues with hot water that impacted my experience. Overall, it's a place with potential, but certain aspects could use significant improvement to enhance the overall stay.

The location of the hotel is at the highway, yet, it took us time to locate because it's not Reddoorz Hotel, but Ranch Hotel. The bidet was functioning better than the shower. The toilet was unclean.
