2nd time of staying here. Good location for both Venus Bay and Wilsons Prom. Booked Deluxe double room and expected 2 double beds or 1 double and 2 singles but there was only 1 double and 1 single. Unfortunately one person had to sleep in the 2 seat sofa but extra bed linen and blanket were provided. We couldn't use the kettle because black stuff keep come out from the bottom of cheapy kettle whenever water is boiled so we had to use the microwave instead to boil the water. We wanted to sit and relax in the balcony but couldn't because all chairs are dirty and covered by spiderweb. We didn't have an issue with ants from last stay, but this time we needed to spray to kill the ants crawling from the floor to the bench. Although we faced some issues, it's worth to stay. Definitely value for money.

A very pleasant motel, clean, comfy bed, refrigerator & microwave, patio. Well-maintained. Near busy road but still quiet. We’d stay here again. Kilcunda beach on the way to Philips Island has lovely tide pools.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was great and made it easy to get around to see the local sights. The staff were great and the door with the code made checking in a breeze.

My family of four stayed for two nights in the corner room that’s pictured in the photos of this property. Overall the room was clean and looks as though it’s been recently renovated with modern, light furnishings. There was no smell at all, very spacious with your own little private backyard. The bathroom in was huge and full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided to use if you wish.. the shower head and water pressure was great! The room has a bar fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom. The unit had a double bed and a single bed set up and the other bed was a pull out mattress. The beds were very comfortable however the pull out couch mattress was horrible! My husband referred to it as the mouse trap. You could literally feel every spring, honestly a decent thick mattress topper would have made sleeping on the pull out mattress so much more bearable. The only other small negative is the lack of cabinetry for your clothing. There is one hanging wrack in the kitchen area but that’s it. You either keep you clothes in your bag or on the floor. I would also recommend taking some blutak / painters tape with you so that you can keep the blinds in the bedroom flush against the window frame so that you don’t get blasted with the outdoor lights in the evening and the sunlight in the morning, particularly if you have the corner room as the bed is directly under the window. If you plan on eating in your room I would suggest bringing you own fold out table as the only table in the room is a coffee table. The tv in the room was great. In terms of location it’s on the very outskirts of the town which isnt a big deal because Inverloch is pretty small but you do need a car to get to the main part unless you like a nice longer walk. There is also a bbq on site that can be used by guests. Apart from that we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re looking for something a little more budget friendly.

Have stayed many times for work and is always very clean and comfortable. Self check in is very easy
