We enjoyed our stay. Everything was good. Our room was spacious and clean, the beds are comfy. The view from our room window and at the poolside was superb. Babalik kami! Salamat po! Ps: They also serve good food

This hotel was fantastic. Really enjoyed our time there. Hard to know where to start. All facilities worked well & as expected. The staff were fantastic. I really do have to mention the college interns here - they were a credit to both the hotel and their college. The kids loved them - especially Jack! The food was good - eat here - don't bother heading into town - we tried town food and wished we hadn't! The pool was nice and the staff very safety conscious and helpful. When it came to leaving we could not find a way off the island that day, leaving us trapped. Ferry information is truly abysmal. The hotel found us a ferry though and we were on our way! Thankyou for a great stay!

My family and I spent the weekend to celebrate my son’s birthday. I’ve been to this hotel many times and every visit is a new experience to us. The staff and management are very kind and thoughtful. They will greet you with refreshments upon arrival and will make your stay smooth and worry free. Thanks , Horizon hotel!

The hotel is slightly outside the main plaza center but still very accessible. They offer several transportation options (for a fee), including vans and chariot motorcycles. Tricycle and scooter rentals are also available, though during peak season it would have been better to have more chariot motorcycles in service. The front desk and hotel staff were pleasant and professional, making all transactions smooth and seamless. The hotel itself is fairly new and well-maintained, with a water refill station conveniently located in the lobby. That said, the lobby has strong potential for improvement. Turning it into an open café with a barista, pastry or dessert display, and perhaps a poolside lounge or bar would encourage guests to spend more time outside their rooms. This could drive additional revenue and create a stronger local buzz, especially during the off-season—particularly since the food and drinks are already of notably good quality. During our stay, the space felt underutilized and seemed to function mostly as a venue for private events. We stayed in a Premium Room, and the breathtaking balcony view was exactly as advertised. The room was well-ventilated and equipped with a smart TV. However, it could have been slightly larger. Adding a sofa or a small table would help, as the room felt a bit empty. Cons: • Power outlets were limited. Given that the room includes a dedicated work area, more outlets were expected. There was only one plug on each side of the bed, which was disappointing. • Bathrobes would be a welcome addition. • Light switches and toggles were somewhat confusing. Food was one of the hotel’s strongest points. The room service and restaurant menus are the same, portions are reasonable, and pricing is fair. The only suggestion would be to ensure food—especially breakfast—is served piping hot. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for travelers. Service is top-notch compared to other options near the city plaza. Having a motorcycle is ideal for getting around the island, but rentals are available if you don’t have one. The bar is already set high, and there’s plenty of room to improve even further. Superb stay!

The staffs are very friendly. One of the best stays we’ve had in Romblon. The hotel is so nice we had to stay another night!
