Staff are nice to talk to and fast service throughout our stay. Sir Joven is accommodating to us. We stayed here for 3d2n and we book a Deluxe Room and was assigned to Room 316 but the AC is not working we tested it for 1hr but reported it kasi wala talaga lamig. They checked the room and ask to wait for more hours since the room is kinda big. We went out for 4hrs but we went back wala talaga lamig. They assisted us right away on switching the room and sadly we have to move to Studio/Small room (312) because no deluxe is available. We just went for it kasi AC talaga ang reason why we stay on this hotel. The second room is way better and we were relaxed. We see the potential of this Hotel, hopefully makapag-maintenance check sila regularly.

We booked 2 rooms when Meralco was fixing an issue at home. Staff was patient to explain the rooms available as we originally plan to upgrade the other room to both thermatic room but unfortunately the avail rooms had stairs and it would be a hazard to my kid. So we decided to just retain the rooms we originally booked. My yayas were booked at the deluxe without garage while us stayed at the thermatic room with out stairs and its theme was yacht so the jacuzzi was at the middle of the room. My son had fun using the tub but here are the cons; unpleasant smell coming from the bath for both rooms, temperature in the shower was super cold and just right; bath towels seems not that clean and water at the bathroom were not draining. Breakfast was basic hotdog and coffee meal. It was delivered 1 hr early that we had requested but it was ok.

Pros- Ideal location; staffs are accommodating; booking details can be amended via agoda; double door for extra layer of security Cons- Need to buy everything! Hot water costs 50php per thermos, also you pay 50php to borrow plate and cutleries, can't quite remember how much but you pay also for extra pillows; no water dispenser available unlike most of hotels; restroom floor water leaks and needs staff cleaning after every bath; booked 7 days for 2 but received 1 pc hotel toiletries (as if provided shampoo and toothpaste will last 7 days for 2 pax); food not so good but expensive; very thin blankets that makes you adjust the aircon; no windows; corkage fee of P150 per order if you order food via grab This hotel is ok for short stays (e.g. for emergencies like power outage), but for me who sometimes need to stay in hotels for a week for work, I will just look for another hotel

Clean room, no foul smell, legit ang hot shower at wifi nila. Very accessible din kasi along Ortigas lng at malapit lng sa SM East. Responsive din ang front desk if tatawag ka to request things like bath towels or mgffollow up ka ng breskfast. They are also very polite. Ang negative lng is matagal ang check in. Like we have to wait 20 mins. or so bago makapag check in which can be annoying if galing ka sa mahabang byahe.

Malaki ang kwarto at may sarili syang garage, so if you have a car, no problem. Matagal lng ang check in at nagkamali pa ang staff sa binigay samin na room. Binigay samin is deluxe initially pero they're good kasi pinuntahan kmi sa room para magsorry at palipatin sa thematic room. Malinis ang room although medyo marumi lang yung jacuzzi. Maingay din yung makina para sa bubbles so di ko na lng ginamit.
