Overall, a spacious, clean room and with decent amenities in the room for the price. Refillable water can be taken from the water dispenser in the area near lift lobby. On the things that can be further improved are the wall-mounted hairdryer that sometimes don’t work. As I stayed on the second floor, where the playground is located just outside the room, some noises can be heard in early morning. Otherwise, the service is excellent. The cleaning was thorough and request for towels is acceded very promptly.

Although there are three service desks available, the hotel does not implement a single queue. Instead, guests are expected to choose which desk to line up for. This approach undermines the basic principle of “first come, first served” and creates an unfair experience for guests. It is very easy to end up waiting significantly longer simply because the guest in front of you at a particular desk requires more time to complete their check-in. When I raised this concern with the front desk staff, the response was disappointing. The staff member insisted that guests must select a desk to queue for and did not appear to understand the issue of unfairness that this system creates. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect staff to acknowledge the concern and escalate it rather than dismiss it. I also asked for the General Manager’s email address so that I could provide this feedback directly instead of posting it publicly on Agoda. Unfortunately, no one was able or willing to provide the contact details. This was surprising, as most hotels encourage direct guest feedback as part of service improvement. Given that direct communication was not possible, I am sharing this feedback here. I hope the management team reviews this and considers implementing a simple single-line queue system, which would significantly improve the arrival experience and ensure a fair process for all guests.

The hotel facilities and services are good. However, there are MASSAGE GIRL frequently standing in the lift lobby and, at times, near the main entrance to solicit guests. This creates an unpleasant impression and detracts from the overall guest experience. As the hotel primarily caters to families with children and is part of an international hotel chain, such activities may negatively impact the hotel's image and reputation.

Saya menginap selama 2 hari. Untuk pelayanan dari security dan bellboy sangat baik. Kami disambut dengan ramah saat kedatangan, serta dibantu dalam hal membawa koper. Sikap mereka sangat membantu dan memberikan kesan pertama yang baik. Namun untuk bagian resepsionis, mohon agar keramahannya dapat lebih ditingkatkan. Pelayanan yang diberikan terasa kurang hangat dan kurang menunjukkan standar hospitality hotel bintang 4. Selama 2 hari menginap, handuk yang disediakan selalu berbau seperti tidak kering atau lembap. Mohon agar hal ini dapat menjadi perhatian khusus, terutama terkait kebersihan dan kualitas handuk kamar mandi. Selain itu, kebersihan kamar mandi juga agar lebih diperhatikan lagi demi kenyamanan tamu. Saya berharap ke depannya kualitas pelayanan dan kebersihan dapat semakin ditingkatkan agar pengalaman menginap menjadi lebih baik. Terima kasih.

If you have concerts at ICE, or any conferences near the area. This place is the perfect hotel to stay at, its about 5 minutes from the convention center, and more quiet compared to the hotels at the convention center itself. Affordable room rates, and food was good too. Rooms, were clean and spacious!
