Overall, the resort is new, clean, and offers a comfortable stay with very cozy beds. There are plenty of activities for younger kids, making it especially enjoyable for families. My children had a great time at the Splash Zone, electric go-kart, and Enchanted Forest. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to explore Dinosaur Land, so we will definitely return. The breakfast selection and quality were average, and I hope they will serve better coffee in the future. Cons: Our check-in experience on the first day of Hari Raya was very disappointing. It took nearly an hour to complete the process using the self-service kiosk, and upon reaching our room, we were unable to open the door. We had to walk back to the reception to reset the key card, which was frustrating. I hope the management will review and improve the check-in process, especially during peak periods or special occasions. The extremely hot weather outside, combined with the warm conditions in the lobby, made the situation even more uncomfortable for my family. I have never experienced such a poor and chaotic check-in process before.

We checked in late due to heavy traffic on the South Highway and arrived at around 9 PM. Thankfully, the receptionists and waiters were incredibly helpful, assisting with a quick registration and even accommodating our late dinner. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the TV channels were not functioning well, though this was a minor issue. After breakfast, my family was impressed with the place, and my kids were eager to explore the activities, so we decided to request a late check-out. Unfortunately, this marked the beginning of a disappointing experience. A blackout lasting over four hours left us without air conditioning, water pumps in the toilets, or adequate lighting. Only two attractions – Snow World and Dino Desert – were available, which my kids finished quickly. To make matters worse, a heavy downpour followed. The rooms became stuffy, water supply was minimal, there was no communication from management, no telephone service, and the slippery floors delayed our packing. Although we were scheduled to check out at 4 PM, the unforeseen inconveniences caused us to be slightly delayed. We approached the front desk to discuss some form of compensation for the discomfort and challenges we faced, but the manager dismissed our concerns, citing a mere 30-minute delay as the reason. It was unacceptable. This lack of empathy and consideration was disappointing, especially since I was traveling with an elderly parent and three young children.

If u want privacy,THIS IS THE PLACE...so peacefull..calm...golf view...SPACIOUS ROOM.got bathtub,shower and also big..the really need to be carefull because the floor really slippery... comfort bed!!! The bfast is ok. Cons is the location really farrrr. Thats all...

The environment is very nice and peaceful. There are quite a lot of restaurants in the morning and evening. However, after 10 PM, most shops are closed. So if you want supper, it can be a bit difficult because the place is a bit far from the city. For the room, when I first checked in, the TV was not working. It couldn’t connect to YouTube or the internet. The hotel staff tried to fix it, but it took about two hours, which is quite long. In the end, they couldn’t fix it, so they gave me another room and upgraded me a bit. The new room was comfortable, and I slept well.

The dorm 4 located at block R5 which is the farthest among others. However the buggy service is good. Once call, the waiting time is fast. Dorm 4 occupancy should be low that's why when we enter we can feel dust on floor. The telephone line inside the room can't be use even the technician come also can't connect it. We need to use our hp to call for buggy. The best thing is the location is quiet. Kids love the bunk beds very much.
