쉬리고 리조트 푸시카르

Property - 5/5 Location - 4/5 Staff behavior - 4/5 Service - 1/5 Amenities - 4/5 I recently went with my family for a weekend getaway to this resort. Honestly, the property itself is really beautiful and well-maintained. However, getting there is an adventure. It is located about 11 kms away from the main Brahma Temple. The tricky part is the last stretch of 2 kms - there is absolutely no proper road. You literally have to drive through farms and fields to reach the main gate. While the resort is lovely, the service was a huge letdown. Their official check-in time is 2 PM, but they made us wait and finally gave us our rooms at 4 PM. The staff is very polite when you speak to them, but the main issue is that nothing actually gets done. They will listen to you patiently, but there is zero action taken. We faced this same problem throughout our entire stay, whether it was for room service or just getting our food on time. Overall, I would still suggest visiting this place because the property is genuinely a nice spot to relax. Just go with the clear mindset that the service is going to be very slow, so do not keep any high expectations on that front.

I stayed in villa with private pool. Great room , great food overall a very pleasant stay But these people cannot be trusted with your booking I had a confirmed booking and they also confirmed that with me and Agoda 2 days prior BUT still when arriving on location they denied my booking and said they don’t have my booking Some fraud always going on here when you arrived at location they denied your reservation and u have to submit many proof and literally have to took a fight with their higher management to get a room So BE AWARE REGARIDNG THAT
