We had requested a room at the back, knowing there was a bar, and were booked in for room 34, booked 4 months ago !!!! On arrival, they gave us another room as they had given room 34 to someone else. V It was very noisy till very late, very loud music in bar outside. We could only open the window by 1.45am, then we could hear running water or boiler in hotel by 6.45am on Sunday morning!!! Lucky if we slept 4 hours. The straw that broke the camels back was that Monday Bank Holiday, they don't open the restaurant for breakfast till 9am, but we have to leave by 8am for an event, and asked, as we would miss our cooked English breakfast if we could help ourselves to a toast or cereals but we were just told, "no it will all be locked up", full stop. Even requested a second time, maybe e could get a doggy bag, have a croissant or other, but she wouldn't have it! I think flexibility should have been the order after staying 3x nights. We surely won't come back.

Use this hotel whenever I come back to woodham to meet up with old friends for a beer and a curry. Nothing fancy about the place but it does what it does well.

Booked a tripple room and It was ideal. I greatly appreciated their late check-in time and then on arriving at the hotel we loved it. Quality services clean rooms and decent ventilation

Breakfast could have been earlier as I needed to leave by 8am and breakfast was not served until 8.30
