Upon our arrival we were excited and been waiting 8 hours to use the hot tub. We went to the 8th floor and found a line of people waiting. We assumed they were waiting to get to the top floor pool. After 40 minutes of waiting we got a wrist bracelet put on. We walked up and we were wondering why everybody was dressed up unbeknownst to us there was something called an '80s party and the hot tub and pool was closed for us. This is absolutely disgusting and I will never stay here again. There is no communication in this resort. We don't know how to use the elevators. There is no communication about even the simplest things. Sun seekers is a $300 million facility and they can't even put simple communications. All the facilities are booked out. The place is at high capacity. I understand but Sun seekers told us they thought of everything when they designed the place. Clearly you did not think of everything because when you're at full capacity all your facilities are msel booked. We can't even rent one lounge chair. We can't get a massage. Everything advertised is booked solid so here is the truth. It's a great place to stay, but they charge you $20 for one egg that's absolutely disgusting. They charge you a resort fee of $40 per day which includes Wi-Fi and a bottle of water. That's disgusting. Even you're moderate, local hotels offer you a free breakfast, not Sun seekers. They also the only ones that charge you parking fee. I stayed here for our 2 days and had to pay 3 days parking for a total of $75 on top of the room which was $450. So if you're very very wealthy and don't care about wasting money, this is the place to go. But if you care about your wallet at all, do not come here. I welcome managers to comment on my review. If you have anything I mentioned that's in question we are visiting in March. This should be the end of the busy season. I can't imagine what this place is like during November, December and January would never come here

It’s new and has a real large casino feel. Friendly staff, clean and new hotel. Beautiful views of the river from everywhere. Everything is over priced even with the $39 resort fee, they charge extra to go in pool on the eighth floor and charge $20 for parking. If you want to eat in the food court it is pricey but the restaurants will charge $4 extra for even toast with an $18 omelette . It’s a nice place but bring your wallet full!

This resort was very nice. A bit pricey but we did enjoy our stay.

The entire concept great! It’s gorgeous from top to bottom and checks all the boxes. We wish that we planned better and stayed for a full week! This was an excellent time even though it was only one day. We’re going to be back!
