We booked in and were taken to our rooms. They were basic, but clean. Got back and we didn't have our key so called the emergency number and the person was rude and condescending. The mattress was awful, every time I moved it twanged and I hardly slept. The food was really good and it's so convenient. Just need to improve on customer service skills and much better mattresses

Stayed for 1 night in a single room, which was comfortable. Had a bath with shower over . Complimentary toiletries, TV, tea and coffee making facilities. The bed could have been a little bigger than a small single, headboard wasn't attached and rattled , and there was no plug sockets near the bed to charge things. The staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast options were enough, and very well cooked, fab coffee.

The breakfast was included and was delicious. We had a family room in the eaves which was fairly small with the sofa bed made up but was absolutely fine for one night. A very pleasant stay with helpful and attentative staff

Accommodation is clean albeit a little dated. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. You don’t have to go through the pub to the accommodation if you don’t want to and they serve one of the best breakfast around.

Great value for money. Excellent breakfast with many options. Comfortable bed with clean bedding and good mattress and pillows. Bathroom very clean with really thick towels. Toiletries provided: bath and shower gel, hand wash gel,soap, moisturizer and cotton makeup pads. Mondays are a bit restrictive if you fancy a couple of drinks. The bar closed at 22:30 and few of the local pubs were open aswell as restaurants. Perfect choice if you're after value for money that gives you a good breakfast, efficient and polite staff and cleanliness.
