★★★★★ One of the best 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at! We had an amazing stay at Casa Cook Samos. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, and Casa Cook is genuinely one of the best we’ve experienced. Location: The location is fantastic. Around a 10-minute drive from Pythagorion and only 5 minutes from the airport. Because the airport is nearby, you do hear and see planes taking off and landing, but there are only around 5–10 flights a day and it didn’t bother us at all. We actually thought it was fun watching the planes fly so close! Rooms & pool: The hotel is beautiful, modern, peaceful and very clean. We stayed in a Swim-Up Suite and absolutely did not regret it. Being able to go straight from bed into the pool for a morning swim was amazing. The whole hotel is very modern with a unique design, so if you like taking nice pictures (like me) you'll fill your SD card fast! The service: ❤️ The best thing about Casa Cook is the service and the people working there. During our stay, I proposed to my girlfriend, and the staff went above and beyond to help make it special. Despite my last-minute request, they helped me arrange the most beautiful flowers for the proposal. A BIG thank you to Customer Experience Manager Maria and her team for helping make such an important moment even more special for us! Every member of staff we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional throughout our stay. Beach: The private beach area is beautiful, quiet and spacious. The beach has small, soft stones, while the water has a sandy bottom. The sunbeds feel very premium, with comfortable padding and large, sturdy umbrellas. There is some music around the beach bar area, but if you prefer somewhere quieter, you can simply choose a sunbed further away from the speakers. One detail we really loved was the service button on the umbrella stand. You can call the staff directly from your sunbed and order drinks, food or snacks, and everything is simply charged to your room. Super convenient and a very nice touch. Food & breakfast : Breakfast offers a large variety of food. My girlfriend and I are both vegan, so naturally our selection was a little more limited, but we never left breakfast hungry. The vegan options were actually much better than what we’ve experienced at many other 5-star hotels in Europe. The hotel restaurant, Beach House at Casa Cook, was also excellent. The food was beautifully prepared, delicious and reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard. We tried all four fully vegan dishes and loved every one of them. There is also a very good selection of wine, beer, cocktails and other drinks. Airport transfer: We also really appreciated being able to book the hotel’s own car and driver for our airport transfers. Being picked up in a new Land Rover Defender was a pretty nice way to start and end the trip! Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our stay at Casa Cook Samos. We chose Casa Cook for our engagement trip, and it ended up being the perfect place for such an important memory. We would LOVE to come back to Casa Cook in the future!
