I would only recommend this place if you have things to be done at the university. It’s not in town centre…so you need to have your own car or take public transport for food or visit places of interest. The room would be better if it comes equipped with a fridge. As for housekeeping, linens are clean and fresh towels provided daily; however they should give better effort in vacuuming the carpet. Heating in the room needs further improvement as we are unable to adjust the in-room heater to out comfort level. On parking, ensure that reception registers your car to avoid hefty penalty by carpark operator. Staff are courteous, informative and responsible. Appreciate the coffee /tea beverages, cookies and fruits provided through out the day at the lounge.

Good location if you want to visit your children in the University of Warwick or attending events nearby. A proper sized rooms, TV, heater, no aircond, good shower and toilet. Free coffees from the machines in the lounge.

The hotel is inside Warwick university. The room is clean and quite, the location is fantastic since i came to attend the activity in Warwick university. The breakfast is also good.

Clean and comfy large bed. Free tea and coffee and hot chocolate options in lounge area with oat and soya milk options- thank you. Maybe an oat milk sachet in rooms would be good? Staff a little offish at reception but bar staff nice. Expensive and limited range of wine by the glass

The room was well-kept, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was quite convenient to charge all electronic devices, since the room was equipped with many electric sockets and USB outlets, etc. Daily cleaning was efficient and quite good, and the staff were friendly and very professional. I also appreciated their flexibility to let me check in after a trans continental 13 hour flight. The lounge was quite a good touch since gathering with colleagues and welcoming UK friends' visit was easy without having to look for other places to meet. The lounge had free coffee and tea, cookies and fruit, with comfortable seatings, AC and a bar where food and drinks could be ordered. Buffet-style breakfast was OK for me since I had it unincluded and ate only when I felt like it; it had all the necessities, however, with the same food everyday, with only a limited choice, some might not like it as much. In my opinion, lunch and dinner at the restaurant was slightly overpriced, and there are other choices available if you are willing to walk to the middle of the campus. Also, the bar food was not fast, slightly overpriced, and one portion (sandwich) was way too large for 1 person. It would have been nice to know in advance so our group would share orders. It would have been nicer if there were rooms without carpet to avoid allergies. Also, the rooms did not have AC (it was hot during our conference) nor refrigerators. I hope Scarman considers to at least put in refrigerators in each room so guests can keep the driking water cool during the hot days and be able to store simple food like yogurt etc.
